Tuition & Participation

The success of our program is dependent upon the wholehearted support and involvement of all members.

Two Days a Week

Ages 2-3 years old
$120/month
  • Choose 2 days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 9:00am-12:00pm

  • Full co-op membership (see below)

  • Follows MDUSD schedule; runs August thru June.

Three Days a Week

Ages 3-5 years old
$165/month
  • Choose 3 days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 9:00am to 12:00pm
  • Full co-op membership (see below)
  • Follows MDUSD schedule; runs August thru June.

Pre-K Enrichment

Ages 4-5 years old
$50/Month
  • An optional pre-kindergarten enrichment program is available Tuesdays from 12:00pm-1:30pm
  • Prepare your preschooler for Kindergarten with extra education-focused classroom time each week
  • Must also be enrolled in 3 or 4 day preschool class

Annual Registration fee is $25, if paid prior to May 1st.  After May 1st, this fee increases to $50. This is paid once annually and is non-refundable.

Monthly Tuition rates shown above are based on 9 monthly payments made August through April. If you join mid-month, we will pro-rate your tuition to your start date.

In addition to tuition payments, we require participation in a scrip program to purchase a minimum of  $150 per month in retail gift-cards or you can buy-out of this requirement for $10 per month /single payment of $90 at first month.

Parent Role (Co-op Membership)

The success of our program is dependent upon the wholehearted support and involvement of all members.

As a member you will:

Participate in the Classroom

  • Participate in the classroom 3-4 times per month.  Perform assigned classroom duties and generally cooperate with the teacher and the other parents.

Serve on a Committee

  • Perform a committee assignment / project(s) or board position that helps facilitate the operation of the school.

Help with Maintenance

  • Attend Saturday work parties two times throughout the year (8:00am – 12:00pm), to complete 8 hour yearly requirement.

Participate in Fundraising

  • Perform at least 5 hours towards annual auction fundraising event and purchase family tickets to event
  • Attend other planned fundraising events throughout the year as available in show of support for school

Participate in our E-scrip and Scrip program.

  • Meet monthly purchase requirement for Scrip fundraiser or pay for buy-out

Attend Parent Education Meetings

  • Attend three evening class meetings (2 hours each) throughout the year.  In addition, orientation will be mandatory for any family that did not attend the school the previous year.

NOTE: The Department of Licensing Agency shall have the authority to interview children, or staff, and to inspect and audit child or facility records without prior consent. The licensee shall make provisions for private interviews with any children or staff member; and for the examination of all records relating to the operation of the child care center. The Department has the authority to observe the physical condition of the child(ren), including conditions that could indicate abuse, neglect, or inappropriate placement.

IMPORTANT: Applications are processed in the order received. Priority is given first to current members, then alumni, then new members.

A medical report and proof of immunization are required for each child.  A medical report, documentation of some immunizations, and a current TB test is also required for each adult who works in the classroom. Health forms must be completed and returned to the school before the child or adult may participate in the program.
